Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts for 2026
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic insights at global tech forums and patent breakthrough innovations
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/ML systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech innovation (SBIR/STTR)
