Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-tech investments
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling future-tech initiatives from concept to market
