Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Proven success launching commercialized tech products from R&D to market
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
