Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Conduct competitive analysis and market disruption forecasting
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading product roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/BCI)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
