- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development and operations
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ tech applications
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technologists
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for global stakeholder management
