- Lead innovation workshops with engineering, product, and business teams to ideate future-proof solutions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisitions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven impact projections
- Build and mentor a Future Tech Lab team of 3-5 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product management, or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, autonomous systems)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
