Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Develop competitive frameworks for next-gen product ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, synthetic biology, or decentralized tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology domains
- Experience scaling global innovation programs ($10M+ budgets)
