Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging tech trends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Develop business cases for futuristic technologies with ROI projections
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure compliance with emerging ethical and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in futures studies or technology foresight preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
