Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify market disruption opportunities and develop first-mover advantage strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and provide actionable insights to the executive board
- Design and implement R&D frameworks for breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year commercialization timelines
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and government labs
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technological ROI and ecosystem impact
- Present visionary concepts to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Certifications in futures thinking, technology forecasting, or innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
