Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and their competitive implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading tech research institutions and startups
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives at scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFIP preferred)
