Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market disruptions to inform strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing next-gen technology solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks and risk mitigation strategies for emerging tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for large-scale innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping to accelerate technology validation cycles

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities with documented impact on business outcomes
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
