Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions in AI, blockchain, and AR/VR
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics and track KPIs for technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation across future-tech initiatives
- Build and lead a specialized Future Tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or immersive tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology roadmapping
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
