Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business transformation goals
- Produce white papers on emerging tech policy implications and regulatory pathways

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in at least one of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology

- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certification in AI ethics or equivalent governance framework
