Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap

- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Drive cultural adoption of experimental technologies across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Strong proficiency in futures methodology and scenario planning
