Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen digital ecosystems with focus on human-centric design
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed projections
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing rapid prototyping with enterprise-scale implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing next-generation technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills with ability to quantify market disruption
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
