Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year tech strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Identify emerging threats/opportunities through trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through stakeholder presentations
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proof development practices
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic initiatives into company vision
- Publish industry whitepapers and represent company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives affecting $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills

- Experience securing institutional funding for experimental projects
