Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML frameworks for predictive market analysis
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Design sustainable tech solutions addressing climate and resource challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or C-suite executive role
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, blockchain, neuromorphic systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Go preferred)
