- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum AI)
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on disruptive innovations
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management from Stanford/MIT
