- Oversee R&D budget allocation for experimental technologies
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Executive presence with successful C-suite engagement history
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
