Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and AI alignment
- Develop patent-pending technologies for sustainable computing infrastructure
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research outcomes
- Publish in Nature/Science with 90% acceptance rate target
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics from top-tier institution
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with 3+ publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research grants
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with cloud-native supercomputing environments (AWS/Azure)
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies or open-source projects
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for global collaboration
