Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and strategists in researching and implementing emerging technologies.
- Identify and prototype cutting-edge solutions (AI, Quantum, Web3) to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure funding and resources for futuristic projects.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Manage the end-to-life cycle of experimental projects, from concept to validation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, or Futuristic Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
