- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate long-term goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation architectures that align with 2026 standards.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assess risks associated with futuristic tech adoption and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
