Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive technical roadmap for the year 2026, aligning business goals with emerging tech trends.
- Identify and prototype disruptive technologies (e.g., Neuro-interfaces, Quantum Encryption) before they hit the mainstream market.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies into existing product ecosystems without disrupting current operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-risk, high-reward innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Design) to ensure the long-term viability of our tech stack.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations or preparing for large-scale technological shifts.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with Scenario Planning, Foresight methodologies, or Strategic Roadmapping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
