Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI and Quantum algorithms designed for the year 2026.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching next-gen technologies like Agentic AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Define the technical roadmap and long-term vision for Nexus 2026 Labs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into legacy systems.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Optimize system performance for high-volume, low-latency future applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum simulation libraries.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud computing, and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies.
