- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on emerging trends, ensuring we are ahead of the curve for 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and researchers in exploring AI, Quantum Computing, and Generative AI applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Prototyping & POC: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for high-risk, high-reward technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze global technology trends to identify white space opportunities and competitive advantages.

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for the organization leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI and Quantum computing solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced Robotics) into our product ecosystem.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Establish partnerships with universities and research labs to stay at the forefront of scientific breakthroughs.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives with a focus on future scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
