Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap for AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype next-gen neural networks.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of predictive algorithms to ensure market readiness.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
