Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous learning, mentoring senior engineers and architects.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with hands-on experience in building AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and integrate them into a cohesive product strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences effectively.
