Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and automation technologies, specifically aligned with the company’s 2026 strategic goals.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI systems and automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their potential impact on business operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI, Machine Learning, or Automation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with large language models (LLMs) and NLP is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
