Qualifications

- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in systems architecture for high-complexity environments
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Strong network with Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Certification in Quantum Computing or Neural Network Design
