Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the development of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and spatial computing.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, high-performance architectures that can withstand the demands of next-gen data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for stakeholders and investors.
- R&D Integration: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies to ensure seamless integration into our product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
