- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define architectural standards for scalable, future-proof systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Conduct market research to anticipate shifts in the tech landscape and adapt our strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights.
