Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions ahead of market demand.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business objectives and revenue growth.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems and predictive analytics into core product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on emerging tech acquisitions and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years focused on AI or emerging tech.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Cloud Native development, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast long-term technological shifts.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
