Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead Research and Development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can withstand future technological demands.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to enhance our product ecosystem.
- Manage vendor relationships and technical partnerships to ensure we have access to cutting-edge tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and a forward-thinking approach to neural network evolution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
