Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of quantum-ready software systems and hybrid cloud environments.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI agents and generative models.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies for futuristic hardware-software integration.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions for 2026 readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Quantum computing principles.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with high-availability, low-latency distributed systems.
