Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Innovation Initiative, aligning with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to drive project delivery.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Establish best practices for security, reliability, and performance across all 2026 projects.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
