Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Next-Gen AI Models (LLMs, Agentic AI) into core products.
- Lead architecture design for scalable, high-performance cloud systems.
- Conduct proof-of-concept validation for emerging tech stacks (e.g., Quantum-ready infrastructures).
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Spatial Computing or Web3 technologies is a major plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
