Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies and integration strategies.
- Lead the Innovation Lab initiatives, piloting experimental technologies like Neural Interfaces and Edge Computing.
- Cultivate a culture of Future-Proofing, ensuring our architecture can withstand the rapid evolution of the tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a high-performance, forward-thinking team environment.
- Conduct rigorous Tech Feasibility Studies for proposed 2026 product features.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of industry curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of Strategic Foresight and successfully implementing long-term technology visions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, IoT ecosystems).
- Experience managing budgets for R&D and innovation projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
