Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations in AI and quantum computing.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design system architectures that are resilient against emerging threats and capable of scaling for the data demands of 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and pilot nascent technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to determine feasibility for enterprise deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into clear business strategies for executive leadership and board members.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, architecture, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years focused on emerging tech.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Python, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying tech trends 2-3 years ahead of the market and implementing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
