Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for technology initiatives targeting the 2026 landscape, identifying key disruptors in AI, Cloud, and IoT.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend high-impact technology investments.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee the pilot and implementation of emerging technologies, ensuring scalability and security.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of strategists and technical leads.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives or defining future technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Advanced Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
