Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Architect pilot programs for next-gen solutions, securing executive buy-in and cross-departmental alignment
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and sustainable technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid prototyping
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web4, neurotech, sustainable AI) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
