Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum applications, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Secure and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts to actionable plans
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
