Responsibilities
- Architect and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions using quantum computing, generative AI, and spatial computing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through rigorous R&D processes and patent analysis
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and external investors
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future-vision into actionable development sprints
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to measure impact on business transformation
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning and partnership development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry white papers
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and tech innovation communities
