Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record of shipping futuristic tech
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Strong portfolio of implemented innovations with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
