Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year technology innovation roadmaps for 2026 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and AI-human collaboration systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present disruptive tech concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging quantum and biotech convergence technologies
- Mentor junior innovators in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Sprints, Lean Startup)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
