Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for next-generation technology adoption across enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Champion human-centered design principles in all technology development processes
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, tracking ROI on R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects to cultivate deep domain expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technology products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical vision into commercial value
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
