Responsibilities

- Mentor Elite Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the evolving data privacy and security standards set for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and modern Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Proven track record of designing systems that leverage Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current trends and identify long-term technological opportunities.
- Leadership: Exceptional soft skills with a history of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
