Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI, Spatial Computing, and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead the architectural design of secure, high-performance systems that can withstand the demands of next-gen applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing enterprise ecosystems without disrupting current operations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech stacks to ensure our platform remains future-proof.
- Represent the engineering department in high-level strategic planning sessions with C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or emerging technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with strong familiarity in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to coding and problem-solving.
