Core Objectives:
• Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap.
• Oversee the integration of next-gen AI models into our core infrastructure.
• Ensure architectural scalability and security for global expansion.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the creation of the 2026 technology vision, identifying key trends in AI, cloud computing, and edge devices to drive competitive advantage.
- Tech Stack Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support current operations and future growth, specifically focusing on GenAI and LLM integration.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors to ensure we leverage the best tools for our 2026 goals.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce industry best practices, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards across all technical projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Foresight: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends (e.g., AI Agents, Spatial Computing) and integrating them into business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
