Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture strategy for emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies and prototype their implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure technical excellence.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for the organization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends for the 2026 horizon.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
