Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Web integration.
- Lead architectural reviews for high-impact projects, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate abstract concepts into tangible products.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our core business infrastructure.
- Prototype innovative solutions using cutting-edge stacks including Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Drive the adoption of green computing and sustainable engineering practices within the tech stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading R&D or futuristic technology initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Information Science.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of managing technical roadmaps and driving innovation within a large-scale organization.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
